Gas Struts HB is a New Zealand-based business operating in Hawke’s Bay, supplying and fitting gas struts for automotive, marine, industrial, and furniture applications. We ship NZ-wide and provide a mobile fitting service across the Hawke’s Bay region.

We ship gas struts NZ-wide. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is dispatched from our premises.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos – see our Return Policy for details.

6 Mobile Fitting Service

Our mobile fitting service is available across the Hawke’s Bay region. By booking our service you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the job so we can bring the right equipment and parts.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle or equipment being serviced.
• Payment for the service as agreed prior to or at the time of the visit.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a job if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Gas Struts HB’s total liability to you in connection with any order or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of income, or any other loss beyond the direct value of the transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability in ways not permitted under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
